Rooms and Suites

We currently have three rooms available for guests:

The Americana (bathroom “en suite”)

The Oak View (bathroom “en suite”)

The Woodlands Family Suite (private bathroom at foot of stairs)

Each room is $150.00 for two people, $25.00 for each additional adult, and $15.00 for each child 12 and under. No sales tax charged.

Event Center

The Wooden Nickel Event Center is also available for business events like corporate retreats and multi-media presentations. It’s also ideal for parties, family reunions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, and receptions. You can even hold indoor basketball or volleyball games in it!

There are three options for renting our Event Center:

Option 1: $699/day for larger events

Option 2: $79/hour for events with 50 or fewer people

Option 3: A per-person fee determined at time of booking

The Event Center building is 40 feet wide by 80 feet long (3200 square feet). Including the upstairs loft area, the Event Center can accommodate up to 200 people.

NOTE: Due to zoning restrictions and our insurance coverage, no alcohol is allowed anywhere on the Scenic Valley premises. Any violation of this policy will result in additional credit card charges.
